Hopefully, all owners will vote in support of the CA Board's propositions. It is extremely important to have a definitive understanding of the community's will. Absent this information, it's difficult for the CA Board to accurately represent the interests of all owners. This year, more than any other, it is very important to let your voice be heard.
Additionally, it is important to understand the difference between the community's will, and the actions of the LLC. The only way to get there is to make sure every owner casts a vote.
There are a lot of names on the Board ballot this year. If you are uncomfortable knowing who to vote for and would like me to vote on your behalf, I'd be happy to complete and submit your signed proxy. Just send me a message and I'll send you my address.
